How VaultTec collects, uses and protects your personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law.

VaultTec is the controller of the personal data processed on this site. We operate in compliance with LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13.709/2018) and apply the same information security practices we bring to every client project.
We collect only what is necessary. Through the contact form, we process the details you submit: name, email, company or agency, phone number and your message. During your visit, we may process aggregated technical usage data, such as pages viewed, always on a proportional basis.
We use your data to respond to your inquiry, conduct business conversations, improve the site and fulfill legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for purposes that are incompatible with those disclosed at the time of collection.
The site only activates audience measurement tools after you accept in the cookie notice. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded. You may revisit your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for site functionality do not require consent.
We may engage service providers that process data on our behalf, for example for email delivery and hosting, always under contract and with security guarantees. Those partners may only use the data for the contracted purpose.
We apply access controls, encryption in transit and sound engineering practices to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or exposure. Security is part of the design from the ground up, not a late addition.
